How to use

Makes 200g mash (1 serves)
½ cup Potato (30g) + 3⁄4 cup hot liquid (170g)

DIRECTIONS
1. Pour boiling water from kettle into a bowl.
2. With a fork, whisk in Instant Mashed Potato.
3. Allow to stand for 30 seconds and whisk again until light and fluffy.
4. Add salt to taste. Serve warm.

TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash
