YOU WILL NEED 1 packet Banana Bread mix 250g very ripe mashed banana (approx 2) 1/2 cup oil of choice* 1/2 cup water Method: Preheat oven to 170°C and line a loaf tin with baking paper Mash the banana with a fork. Add oil and water and stir. Add Banana Bread mix. Mix well. Spoon cake batter into tin and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool in tin for 15 minutes before turning out. A moist, dense chocolate cake. It is not overly sweet so can handle a decadent topping like icing or ganache. Just add water and oil to the mix. YOU WILL NEED: 1 packet Gluten Free Chocolate Cake mix 2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 1/4 cups water Method: Preheat oven to 150°C and line an 20-22cm cake tin with baking paper. Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl. Add the oil and water and whisk until smooth. Pour into the cake tin and bake for 45-60 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Decadent Chocolate Ganache To make ganache, heat 200g coconut cream in a small saucepan. When hot, remove from heat and add 200g chopped dark chocolate. Whisk until the chocolate has melted into the coconut cream. Spread over cold cake OR allow the ganache to cool and then whip it into a mousse. This gluten free, grain free pizza base mix creates hearty and wholesome vegan bases for your favourite toppings. It’s so simple – just add water and olive oil to the mix, roll and top. Made with a nutrient dense blend of organic buckwheat, coconut and green banana flours plus organic golden flax meal and chia seed. Ingredients: 1 packet Gluten Free Pizza Base Mix 600ml water 2 tablespoons olive oil Methods: Combine ingredients. Allow to prove for 25 minutes. Divide into 4 pieces. Press out into discs. Preheat oven to 200°C. Top with favourite ingredients and allow to prove for 20 minutes. Bake in hot oven for 15 minutes. TIP! If you are going heavy on the toppings or they are quite moist/oily, it's best to par-bake the base before adding them. So, pop the bases into the oven and bake for 10 minutes, remove, top and put back into the oven until toppings are golden and gooey.
