This revolutionary gluten free flour performs like regular, all purpose wheat flour.

You can substitute ‘one for one’ flour in all your recipes with perfect results. It is so good, you won’t know it’s gluten free.

Convenient, and easy to use – no more changing recipes to convert to gluten free – just use as if it were wheat flour in any recipe.

Unlike most gluten free flours that are made up of mostly starches, our Wholemeal Flour Blend is made up of 100% organic flours using a blend of nutrient dense, high fibre, whole grain, and seed meals.

This flour blend contains psyllium and flaxmeal, so on it it from your recipe if converting simple, starch based flours.

Organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic sorghum flour, organic golden flaxseed flour, organic quinoa flour, organic psyllium.

WHOLESOME MUFFINS

400g Wholemeal Gluten Free Flour
1 cup sugar
8 teaspoons baking powder
1 h cups milk
¾ cup oil
2 cups chopped fruit

Preheat oven to 160°C.
Grease a muffin tray and line with muffin papers.

Place flour, sugar, baking powder in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add fruit to the flour mix and toss to coat the fruit.

Whisk the milk and oil together, then stir it into the flour mix.

Spoon into prepared muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 mins. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
