The seed, vegetable and grain flours and meals combine to give you a boost of vitamins and minerals, as well as a source of protein, fibre and healthy fats that nourish your body, and create a gluten-free loaf that won’t disappoint. Make it your own by adding in your favourite ingredients and enjoy with the toppings you love!

Gluten free bread flour (organic brown rice flour, organic sorghum flour, Australian lupin flakes, organic golden flaxseed flour, organic psyllium) organic corn flour, organic tapioca, baking powder, Kfibre™, sea salt.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large loaf tin with baking
paper. Place contents of packet into large bowl.

Combine the wet ingredients:
620ml (1⁄2 cups) water
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons sweetener (optional) and whisk into the dry mix. Whisk well!
Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes then pour it into the prepared tin.

Bake for 1 hour then remove tin and paper, place loaf back
into the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Cool on
a wire rack before slicing.
