Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.
Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot milk of choice
Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth
Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.
TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash

In a mid sized saucepan, place 1 cup Low Carb Mash and 400ml cold water.
Place on medium heat and bring to the boil, whisking.
Reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes. The longer you cook it, the thicker mash you will get.
Add salt to taste. Serve warm.
