You will need
3 eggs
250ml cold water
2 tablespoons (30g) oil*
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a small loaf tin** and line it with baking paper.
Place eggs, water and oil in a medium mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add contents of packet and whisk until well combined. Allow to sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then transfer mixture into prepared tin.
Bake for 50 minutes. Remove loaf from tin and paper, bake for a further 10 minutes.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
* A mild flavoured oil is best. Coconut oil is not recommended.
** We use a heavy 16cm x 10cm bread tin to produce a 750g, 10cm high, crusty loaf that cuts into 15 slices.
