For best results, please consider these tips:• Keep refrigerated or frozen to retain vibrancy • Always shake the bottle before using. • As a guide: 250g pure white icing + 1/2 teaspoon natural colour• Add to perfectly white icing base for the brightest and most accurate colours. Butter is yellow, so a yellow base will affect the final colour.• High amounts of fat will affect the vibrancy, alter the dosage as required to achieve your colour.• Our natural colours are best used to decorate cakes, not be baked into the batter – the combination of batter ingredients plus heat causes the colour to fade dramatically. • Perfect to use in jelly, frozen treats, raw desserts, all forms of icing and buttercream.
