HOW TO COOK RIGATONI
1. In a large saucepan, bring 2L salted water to a rapid boil.
2. Add pasta and stir to separate the pieces of pasta.
3. Boil for approx 13 minutes. Test for al dente at 9 minutes.
4. Drain pasta. Do not rinse. Ready to add to your sauce!
