Hopper Natural Purple Food Colour Hopper Natural Purple food colour works best with a very white base. It's worth experimenting to find the perfect purple tone you are after. The colours are derived using a water extraction process, without the use of solvents or chemicals. They do not contain any artificial functional additives or preservatives, are gluten free and do not contain dairy, egg or nuts of any type. Our colour recipes are specifically formulated only for Hopper. There are other ‘natural’ colours in the market, but none with the potency and truly clean label as Hopper. INGREDIENTS: Manufactured from safflower and lemon. Processed with water, invert sugar syrup and citric acid 100% natural fruit and vegetable concentrates. No artificial colours or flavours and all natural ingredients means the kids can enjoy food coloured with this natural food colour without going crazy after eating it!
