Raw Black Sesame Crackers

Raw Black Sesame Crackers

VEGAN | GLUTEN FREE | Makes approx 40



1/2 cup (100g) black sesame seeds 

1/2 cup (100g) sunflower seeds 

1 small onion, finely diced 

1 clove garlic, grated 

1 cup (130g) golden flax meal 

½ teaspoon sea salt 

1 tablespoon tamari 

2 teaspoons sesame oil 

250ml water 

Pinch of chilli flakes (optional) 

Unhulled white sesame seeds for sprinkles 



Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. 

Spread the dough out as evenly as possible on a dehydrator tray, cut into squares and sprinkle with unhulled sesame seeds. Dehydrate for 8 hours, separate into crackers and return to dehydrator for a further 4 hours or until crisp. Store in an airtight container.
