Gluten Free Christmas Cake

We've adapted our Banana Bread Mix to make this wizz bang Christmas Cake! Super easy and a real show stopper!
Gluten Free Christmas Cake

    • 1 packet of Gluten Free Food Co Banana Bread Mix
    • 250 ml apple puree
    • 2 cups dried fruit
    • 100ml of oil
    • 125ml water
    • orange zest

Spoon batter into a lined 18cm tin.
Bake for 45 mins @150c

Fruit mix topping
  • 3/4 mixed colourful dried fruit
  • 2 tbls jam/marmalade or syrup

Mix fruit topping with your jam and sprinkle on top of the hot cake. Place back in the oven and bake for a further 10 minuets.

Allow to cool in the tin for 15 mins before removing.

Voila! Gluten Free and Vegan 💯 EASY!!
