Gluten Free Christmas Cake

Christmas Cake GLUTEN FREE | VEGAN


Mix


Spoon batter into a lined 18cm tin.
Bake for 45 mins @150c

Fruit mix topping

  • 3/4 mixed colourful dried fruit
  • 2 tbls jam/marmalade or syrup


Mix fruit topping with your jam and sprinkle on top of the hot cake. Place back in the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes

Allow to cool in the tin for 15 mins before removing.
