- 1 packet of Gluten Free Food Co Banana Bread Mix
- 250 ml apple puree
- 2 cups dried fruit
- 100ml of oil
- 125ml water
- orange zest
Spoon batter into a lined 18cm tin.
Bake for 45 mins @150c
Fruit mix topping
- 3/4 mixed colourful dried fruit
- 2 tbls jam/marmalade or syrup
Mix fruit topping with your jam and sprinkle on top of the hot cake. Place back in the oven and bake for a further 10 minuets.
Allow to cool in the tin for 15 mins before removing.
