Chocolate Ganache

ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate  (55-70% cocoa solids) 
  • 8 tablespoons coconut cream (high fat content)
  • pinch of salt 

 

method

Chop the chocolate and place in a bowl with the coconut cream and salt. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Whisk until melted. Refrigerate until needed.
