A delicious vegan alternative to mince. A perfect nut roast without the hassle. EASY. REAL. CLEAN.

1 packet SERVES 6, with 16.5g of PROTEIN per serve!

NATURALLY GLUTEN FREE - GRAIN FREE - VEGAN - PREMIUM INGREDIENTS

NUT ROAST PREPARATION:

  1. ADD 500ML boiling water
  2. ADD 600ml olive oil*
  3. STIR until well combined
  4. PLACE in loaf pan provided
  5. BAKE loaf @ 150oC for 1 hour

*optional but recommended.

 

 

COOKING TIPS: For best results, allow the prepared mixture to rest for at least 1 hour before placing in the provided loaf pan to ensures the lentils are hydrated.

Preheat oven to 150oC. Bake the Nut Roast for 1 hour or until it feels firm. Slice thickly and serve with hot gravy and vegetables

Great sliced cold for sandwiches. Gently microwave to reheat or heat a pan and fry slices until caramelized and a crispy crust forms.
