INGREDIENTS: Lupin flakes, dried vegetables (onion, carrot, tomato), pumpkin seed flour, pea protein, nutritional yeast, chia seed, baking powder, psyllium, garlic powder, golden flax meal.
Make a batch of plant-based Protein Patties.
You'll get 3 batches from one pack.
- Place 1 cup Protein Patty mix and 1.5 cups water into a bowl and stir to combine
- Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes then shape into patties or balls
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and cook patties over moderate heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for until patties are firm to touch.
Cooking time will vary dependant on the thickness of the patties.
